Sunny points is the name given to our new loyalty incentive scheme, available for use through our app. It’s our way of giving something back to you and say “thank you” for all your support!
 
 
Ready, Steady...Go!
• To earn points you must be registered as a Loyalty App user. To do this you just need to create an account along with a password unique to yourself.
• Earn 1 Sunny point for every £1 spent.
• Every 100 Sunny points = £3.00
• 1 sunny point has an equivalent value of .03 pence
• Sunny points can only be collected and used through the app at anytime, they cannot be pooled or added to our loyalty card scheme used within our Bistro.
• Points are calculated on your order minus any delivery charges and can be used across all items listed within our app.
• There is no fee in becoming a loyalty App user. Registration is free.
 
 
 
To redeem your points
• When at checkout, you will see Sunny points pending against your order as well as any Sunny points accumulated from previous orders that can be redeemed.
• Points can be redeemed at anytime against any products purchased within our app.
• Points can not be added after a bill payment has been made.
• Points are personal to the individual Member and cannot be pooled with points earned by another member and redeemed together.
• Sunny points cannot be collected nor redeemed against any offers or voucher codes that we may promote periodically.
• Sunny Points have no cash value. No cash alternative is available.
